Four types of legal “governing documents” are typically associated with subdivisions such as condominiums and planned developments:
The Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (or “CC&Rs”), and The Rules and Regulations.
Minutes are recorded and monthly financial reports are reviewed at every board meeting. Minutes will be posted here promptly following each meeting. The yearly minutes and financials for 2023 are at the bottom of the list.
